Caroline graduated from UNC-Greensboro in 2003 with a BS in Nursing and in May 2009, completed her Master of Science (MSN) degree in the Women's Health Nurse Practitioner/Family Nurse Practitioner (WH/FNP) Advanced Practice Area at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Nursing.

Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner she worked as a Charge Nurse Level III Labor and Delivery at Women's Hospital in Greensboro, NC, and as Assistant Director of Nursing, Asbury Center, Johnson City, Tennessee. She is interested in all aspects of family practice, with interest in women's health, pediatrics, sports medicine and preventive medicine. She joined Ardmore Family Practice in 2009.

Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Arnold Grandis and their 6 daughters, 2 sons and a granddaughter. She loves kayaking and recreational off-roading in her bronze jeep.
